Due to the nature of the products sold on our website, all sales are final.

Our products are research peptides and laboratory materials, and for safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

No Returns

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned. Because these products are sensitive laboratory materials, we are unable to verify storage conditions after shipment and therefore cannot restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so we can review the situation and assist where possible. While refunds are not provided, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information and product selections are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
